Problem Statement:

Stress can bother us all at times. And to some extent, it’s even healthy! But we think that for most ETH students, it might be a little too high.

The results of our survey made it obvious that more than 50 percent of ETH students are constantly stressed, especially during the semester breaks.

Proposed solution:

We then asked what things they would need to reduce stress, and surprisingly enough, the one item that more than 75% of all respondents need, are more comfortable seats. Second only to that, are plants and colours, the lack of which is especially noticable in the Zentrum campus.

Science confirms that plants help: they are colourful, they clean the air, they alleviate stress, they bring some nature and some primordial joy into our day! Improved ergonomics are essential too, for productivity, wellbeing, and overall stress reduction.

Next steps:

We believe with small improvements a big difference can be accomplished. So we are working on it. If you want to join us, just let us know.
